If you've ever been to Cinespia, the other thing that stands out about this place (other than the tombstones and the mausoleums) are the palm trees that line the cemetery.
I've been a regular at Cinespia screenings through the years and I always find myself briefly looking at the palm trees at some point while I'm there. It's kind of an interesting choice of flora for a cemetery. One would think some sort of pine or willow tree is best fit for a cemetery but the palm trees of Hollywood Forever Cemetery give this place a touch of LA or Hollywood. I suppose since there's a good amount of deceased celebrities buried here, it makes more sense.
